"Biscuits and Books" is our monthly Book Club that meets on the last Wednesday of each month at 11 am in the second floor Community Room at the Pembroke Library. Carol, Bonnie and other participants will wrangle biscuits as the group discusses its featured book. Attendees are welcome to bring their own beverages.
Books are usually available online at your favorite book seller or you can also borrow books from InterLibrary Loan at the library. The Library’s copy will also be circulating. Many of the selected books may also be available as a free download from various reading apps.
When it's cold outside, it is toasty warm in the PL Community Room and in the summer, the air conditioning is a welcome bonus. All are welcome.
PLEASE NOTE: As of January, 2026, the new meeting date will now be the last Wednesday of the month at 11 am. Bring a bag lunch if you like.
